LONDON TOPOGRAPHICAL POSTCARDSCrystal Palace was constructed of iron and glass in Upper Norwood in 1854. The building housed many exhibitions showing the achievements of the Victorian age. The building was destroyed by fire on 30th November 1936. It was never rebuilt.
