Linn of Dee. - This beautiful and romantic spot, situated about seven miles from Braemar is famous for its lovely setting as well as its wonderful Falls. The River Dee flows through a very narrow channel of solid rock and the water at this place is deep and very dangerous. The Gothic bridge at the Linn, was built in the time of Queen Victoria. During the season many visitors com to see the Salmon leaping the Falls.
