West Porlock is one of the three hamlets which form the
parish in which is the market town and seaport of Porlock.
It is a charming spot, where this wee little village is situated,
its thatched cottages with their red brick chimneys and
old-fashioned casement windows nestling among trees,
and overlooking the broad expanse of the Bristol Channel.
